General Auctions
General auctions are held in our salerooms. These auctions are facilitated using the Easy Live online bidding platform which displays all lots to national and international buyers. Each auction is different and will include interesting items from house clearances and private sales. You can find things like old furniture, art, clocks, metal items, garden furniture, jewellery, kitchenalia, ceramics, garden and house hold tools and other collectibles for your home and garden. We can also run off site auctions, live auctions and auctions for charities. We offer support to help you make an informed decision when considering selling your items. From individual pieces to large lots we can advise you of the most efficient and effective ways to offer your goods for sale.
House Clearance
We will arrange full or part house/ garage clearance services for all property sizes and situations. Whether downsizing, handling probate, or preparing a home for sale, we can provide an efficient service. We focus on identifying items of value for auction sale, charitable donations, recycling and ethical waste disposal. We hold a waste management licence.
Charity Fundraising
Western Salerooms supports charitable fund raising by
- assisting charitable organisations manage their donation centres and storage options, auctioning multiple lots or helping achieve the best value for individual high value or unique donations that would benefit from national / international marketing
- accepting items donated in aid of MNDA which will be included in each sale whenever possible. Please call us to discuss delivery / collection options
- facilitate the proceeds of any item sold to be donated in full or in part to a UK registered charity of your choice
- hold dedicated charity auctions to help raise funds for specific charities
