Please read our Buyers Terms and Conditions before bidding in an auction.
Visit Easy Live Auctions to register for an bidders account.
After you have created an account navigate to Western Salerooms Easy Live Auction page for registration for our listed auction and details of the Buyer's fees.
Click Register to Bid so you are ready to bid at the auction.
Online bidding in timed auctions
Look through the catalogue and decide on the lots you want to bid on.
Viewing is possible by appointment before the sale and condition reports are available online by request. We can provide delivery and postage solutions. Please contact us for a quote before bidding. If you have any questions or are unsure of any aspect of the bidding process we are happy to offer additional information and answers to your questions.
- You can bid in real time or enter your maximum bid for automated bidding
- Bids placed in the last 5 minutes will extend the time for the lot so the lot is sold to the person who makes the highest bid
Successful Bidders
If your bid was the highest you will be able to see your won lots on the Easy Live site.
At the end of the auction you will receive an invoice via your registered email providing details of your purchase, associated fees and payment details.
Collecting my lots
Payment must be received in full before the goods are released for collection. We recommend online bank transfer but can also accept payment by card or cash on collection.
- Please ensure when collecting you have proof of purchase and a suitable method of identification
- A collection appointment is necessary as limited parking is available at the Salerooms and we aim to reduce delays and ensure your items are ready for collection
- Collection must be within 4 working days

Buying Fees & Costs
Buyer's Premium
Our Buyer's commission rate is set at 20% of the hammer price.
Online Bidding Premium
There is an additional online Easy Live buyer's premium - £3 flat fee or 3.0% for each individual item
Postage & Shipping
Delivery and postage costs are additional to the hammer price. Please contact us for a quote if you are not able to collect your items and that you are aware of costs before bidding.
