Postage and Shipping
Collection Responsibility
The collection of goods is the buyer's sole responsibility. Please ensure you can collect the items in person or confirm delivery or postage options and associated costs with us before placing a bid. All items must be collected within 4 working days from the date of the sale. Collection is by appointment only. After this time, a storage charge of £10 per day will be charged. Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options to suit your needs. Payment for postage and shipping is required when settling the invoice. Once payment is received, we will aim to ship items as quickly as possible. Please email us for a delivery quote before placing your bid to confirm charges. If a lot contains multiple items, additional packing fees will apply.
Basic Packing and Wrapping Charge
There is a charge of £10 plus postage and insurance costs, which vary depending on the size and weight of the item. Where possible we use recycled packaging.
UK Postage
We can ship parcels up to 20kg via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service, which includes £150 compensation. If your item requires higher compensation, please request a quote for this service. The responsibility for compensation claims lies with the bidder. Valuable items will be sent via Special Delivery.
Overseas Postage
We can ship parcels up to 30kg overseas using Parcelforce. Overseas bidders must ensure that the goods they are bidding on can be legally exported to their location. A £10 fee will apply for the required customs documentation.
Local Door-to-Door Deliveries
Courier Deliveries
We offer a local delivery service, including for fragile, large, or multiple items. A minimum charge of £50 applies. Please contact us for a quote before bidding.
We can provide contact details for local courier companies, or buyers can arrange their own courier service for item collection. Once items leave our premises, we are not responsible for their condition during transit, including those packed by us or the courier. If you need a quote for packaging, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their own courier provides suitable packaging. We are not liable for any damage during packing or delivery.
